Your First Appointment

At your first visit a thorough medical history is gathered, as well as a detailed history of the problems you want helped. Please allow 20minutes to complete the medical history form before your first appointment.

During our first meeting you will be given ample time to explain all your symptoms, and I'll ask questions to help you explain.

By the end of that appointment, we can discuss your diagnosis and possibletreatments. We should be able to start treatment at the end of the
very first visit.

Remember, if you don't want to proceed with treatment at the end of your first visit, your money will be refunded on-the-spot.
